DELIVERY

We aim to process orders from stock within 5 working days of receiving the order.

Embroidered/badged/personalised garments and special orders will usually take up to 14 days.

Yudansha Personalised Embroidered Black Belts have a production time of about 5 weeks.

Please note that we cannot accept back any bespoke products that were made to the customer's specification or that were personalised in any way (e.g., this includes any embroidered products),unless the products were faulty or misdescribed. Any products should be returned in their original condition, unwashed and undamaged, otherwise the customer may not be entitled to a full refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return postage for a product, unless that product was faulty or misdescribed. If a customer has simply changed their mind about a product and is returning it for an exchange, the customer must also pay the postage for the new product to be posted.
