The Frank Brennan Guide to Shotokan Karate Series DVDs

Frank Brennan was one of the World’s most successful competitors, both in Kata and Kumite. In this series he will demonstrate in detail, many of the training methods which brought him this success. The DVDs are presented in an easy to follow format consisting of Kihon, Kata and Kumite. All movements are performed both slow and fast in order to aid observation. The Frank Brennan Guide series should prove invaluable to all students in their progress through Shotokan Karate. 1990 JKA World Shotokan Karate Championship

The Frank Brennan Highlights

Sensei Frank Brennan competed in British, European and World Championships for over 20 years and became champion at all levels. This video show a selection of the exciting techniques which amply demonstrate Sensei Brennan’s unique and wide- ranging abilities. He is very well known and respected throughout the world and was honoured by the late grandmaster Masatoshi Nakayama of the Japan Karate Association as the most outstanding competitor of the JKA World Championships in 1980.
